"My wedding ring was given to me by my grandmother and I was told the prongs needed replacing (this came from a jewelry store at Woodland Hills Mall). The cost quoted to me was over $800.00 and they would have to send it off for the work to be done. Needless to say the cost was a shock but the thought of my grandmothers ring being "sent" for repairs simply was not going to happen. I took the ring (along with my mothers jewelry) to R &R. They do all he there, themselves! And the cost? The cost was well under half of what I had been quoted. I lost my mom a couple of years ago and wanted her jewelry checked and cleaned. R&R is great. Well worth the drive to the city. I won't go anywhere else."
